• 3 Meena is good but company does not pay her salary on time. The morale of good staff goes down when they r not paid on time. If we r paying all dues in advance, then why the staff salary is always delayed? - Manminder
• 4 I want to know what is the company policy regarding payment of salary to the attendant? Till what date, the company is supposed to pay the salary to staff every month? Despite good feedback of the staff, her salary is mostly delayed every month. We r paying 15 days in advance but the staff is not getting salary on time. That results in undue stress for the staff which results in drop in the morale and efficiency of the staff. - Manminder
